This Autograph was obtained by me IN PERSON on 5/20/2016 in Washington,DC when PETER NOONE was in town for a Concert at Howard Theatre. There is a piece of clear tape on the left seam, but it is barely noticeable. Thus the Great low Price! A written Certificate of Authenticity is always provided. I have been collecting autographs in person for 15 years. I have only recently begun selling my personal collection on E-Bay.
