—this is a vintage original bulletin from Weston electrical instrument co. out of Newark NJ.  the date is in the title as well as the name, i show all the pages, i have a few of these on ebay right now, all different instruments, they must have gotten wet in the past as there is some damage, some more than others, as i show all the pages, you can see the exact condition of this item.  it is NOT smelly, but it is “as is”
