Roseville Pottery Futura Green Balloon Vase, Shape 404-8
A worthy example of the Futura Balloon globe vase with it’s round body supported by four narrow columns on an asymmetrical base. Decorated with
multicolor, layered and blended balloon like shapes o
ver a drippy multi-color design with a green background.
Designed by Frank Ferrell, Futura these pieces were produced in a wide variety of decorative motifs and colors, with a definite Art Deco influence.
Middle Period, introduced 1928.
Condition:
Excellent vintage condition. A few minor glaze pops.. No other chips, cracks or repairs. Fine crazing.
