I have been APS (and SPA before that!) for 40 years and was China Stamp Society

I try and Use First
Class Mail and domestically it usually takes two weeks or MORE for delivery
with the virus pandemic and the political intervention in the
USPS!  Mail disruptions due to staff shortages are common especially
now during the virus pandemic.  International mail is facing pretty
long delivery times – expect 4 weeks for delivery to
Asia!
TRACKING NUMBER NOTE:
I usually use USPS first class mail
because 1) most stamps fit in a letter sized envelope (Letters are not tracked
by USPS without paying Registration fees that are exorbitant), 2) I also use US
vintage, collectible postage stamps from all periods to post the letters
because most of my customers like it.  However, eBay only provides tracking
with PACKAGE franking.  If you REALLY want tracking (within USA), or other
special services, especially outside the USA, just let me know and we can work
out costs.   When I mail your purchase, I mark it as shipped on eBay.
