good plus condition….
for its age:
boards –
very secure, stains to the back cover…but it looks much better in person
textblock
– pages very secure
outer joints
–  very good
spine
– ends are pretty good, it looks like the spine was glued to the textblock  -leaving a divot all the way down – see last picture
tips
– very good
inner hinges
–  very good
pages
– generally very clean – just a few spots
writing
– there were pencil scribbles that I tried to erase but you can still see them a bit – on the ffep, rear paste down, rfep, and the bottom of the title page -picture 10 is the rear paste down -it is the worse

dryer sheets in them for a few months makes a world of difference!

My nose doesn’t work like it use to
so the old book smell doesn’t bother me.
